Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in residential settings. MUST have vehicle. (MUST have your own Tools,)Duties<ul><li>Lawn Mowing and trimming (Must have your own mower and weekeater).</li><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.</li><li>Respond promptly to repair requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.</li><li>Lawn mowing, and weed whacking, cleanup, landscaping, and even house cleaning sometimes.</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary updates.</li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.</li><li>we will provide the tools needed for the job, most equipment will be kept in One of the rental properties.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. working with things like clogged sinks and toilets, painting , install light switches, patching up walls, caulking bathrooms, mowing lawns a MUST, House hold Cleanup in general.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.</li><li>Must Provide references.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 10 per weekWork Location: In person
