Poshish, Pakistan&rsquo;s leading furniture brand, is looking for a Senior Design Consultant (Sales) to strengthen its Interior Design Department. This is a senior-level role for a highly motivated professional who can lead impactful projects, drive brand growth, and manage both design and sales role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the complete customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction for the KDW Segment</li><li>Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors</li><li>Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively</li><li>Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate for product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution</li><li>Visual Merchandising for all Poshish Stores</li><li>Being the part of Poshish Product Merchandising team for Product R&amp; D and Development</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior design or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in same industry or related fields</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges</li><li>Knowledge of kitchen, doors and wardrobe materials, designs and market trends</li><li>Proficiency in design software like CAD, Sketchup etc</li></ul>Location: H-13, IslamabadJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Interior Design: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Architecture: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Kitchen Designs: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Visual Merchandising: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>IAP Certificate?
