We’re Hiring: Sales Manager
Islamabad | On-site | Full-time

Poshish – Pakistan’s Leading Furniture Brand & Home Store is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage high-performing sales teams across retail and project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and professionalism
  • Oversee retail showroom sales as well as corporate, commercial, and project-based sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and developers
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to order completion
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and launches
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in furniture, interiors, real estate, or luxury retail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close high-value deals
  • Experience managing showroom sales and B2B / project clients
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies
  • Professional attitude with strong client-handling skills
