Commercial Distribution Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Distribution Sales Manager with a strong background in wholesale dealer networks and the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing distribution channels, handling dealer networks, and driving sales growth in construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with wholesale dealers, distributors, and key partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the construction material market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead, train, and support the sales team to improve overall performance.
• Ensure timely execution of distribution plans, stock availability, and territory coverage.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in distribution sales, particularly within wholesale dealer networks.
• Strong background in the construction field, building materials, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Education: Intermediate to Graduate (relevant experience preferred).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
