If you thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a passion for hospitality management, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!Duties<ul><li>Supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards.</li><li>Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, food ordering, and stock management using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end.</li><li>Lead customer service efforts by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and special event catering such as banquets or private parties.</li><li>Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and implement strategies for revenue growth.</li><li>Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to develop team members&rsquo; skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and hospitality best practices.</li><li>Oversee shift management to ensure operational efficiency during busy hours while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service &amp; fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.</li><li>Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.</li><li>Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training &amp; development in hospitality or restaurant settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations applicable to restaurant operations.</li><li>Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a restaurant environment.</li><li>Previous roles involving customer service excellence in fine dining or casual dining contexts are highly valued.</li><li>Ability to lead teams effectively through coaching, mentoring, and performance management initiatives.</li><li>Background in catering or banquet services is a plus; experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is desirable.
