We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties

  • Supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
  • Oversee inventory control, food ordering, and stock management using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end.
  • Lead customer service efforts by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and special event catering such as banquets or private parties.
  • Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and implement strategies for revenue growth.
  • Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to develop team members’ skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and hospitality best practices.
  • Oversee shift management to ensure operational efficiency during busy hours while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

  • Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
  • Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development in hospitality or restaurant settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations applicable to restaurant operations.
  • Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a restaurant environment.
  • Previous roles involving customer service excellence in fine dining or casual dining contexts are highly valued.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively through coaching, mentoring, and performance management initiatives.
  • Background in catering or banquet services is a plus; experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is desirable. Pay: $59,574.36 - $71,745.46 per year
