 Key Responsibilities

 Provide essential support to our CEO and COO, ensuring efficient management of daily tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate exceptional note-taking skills and create follow-up task lists using task management software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand and fulfill management team requests, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain efficient updates and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize tasks effectively, manage schedules, and consistently meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Showcase outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and manage communications and coordinate data in collaboration with team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize AI tools for enhancing business operations and decision-making.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be proficient in office technologies, including MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to communicate with professionalism and handle confidential information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in startup or tech environments is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and negotiate adeptly, with a willingness to learn new things.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with remote work and virtual team collaboration.

 Work Environment

 Flexible, full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Remote work setup required, with a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a high-performance computer, and a Zoom-enabled camera.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enjoy twenty-two paid holidays each year (4 government plus 18 performance-based).
 </li>
 <li>
 Required to use time and task tracking software (Time Doctor) for productivity reporting; please ensure you're comfortable with this requirement.

 Compensation
 
 : PHP 25,000 to 30,000 monthly (depending on the experience).
