<p>Postali is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This in-house position, based in Columbus, Ohio, offers an exciting opportunity to drive high-impact advertising strategies that help law firms grow. This is not a remote position.</p>
<p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s not just a platform executor but a strategic thinker who wants to own outcomes. Compensation and title will align with experience, we&rsquo;re open to candidates at different levels and care most about finding the right fit.</p>
<p>THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION. APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE LOCATED IN COLUMBUS, OHIO.</p>
<p>What You'll Do:</p>
<ul><li>Strategize and execute campaigns across paid search, display, remarketing, paid social, geo/IP targeting, and paid directories.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet cost-per-conversion targets and maximize ROI.</li>
<li>Use conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and methods such as A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve performance.</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign creation, targeting, reporting, and performance analysis for efficiency and scale.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, content writers, and the Client Experience team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and messaging.</li>
<li>Provide strategic input during new business opportunities by supporting the Business Development team with media recommendations.</li>
<li>Manage attribution tracking through tools like Google Analytics and call tracking platforms.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance, prepare reporting dashboards, and generate insights for internal and client-facing use.</li>
<li>Innovate processes to improve operational efficiency and scale what works.</li>
<li>Engage with media/technology vendors to stay informed of platform changes and opportunities.</li></ul><br>

What We Need:</p>
<ul><li>A minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.</li>
<li>Proven success running paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic platforms.</li>
<li>Strong CRO skills, including experience with tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, CrazyEgg, or similar tools, and a deep understanding of how to drive post-click performance improvements.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience analyzing data and making strategic decisions based on campaign performance.</li>
<li>Comfort using and experimenting with AI tools to boost efficiency and support campaign ideation, automation, and insight generation.</li>
<li>An entrepreneurial mindset &mdash; you see opportunities in data, challenge assumptions, and take ownership of client success.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively across departments and support client-facing teams.</li></ul><br>

Great to Have:</p>
<ul><li>Working knowledge of SEO and how it intersects with paid media.</li>
<li>Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS for landing page testing and edits.</li>
<li>Exceptional copywriting skills for ad creative and messaging testing.</li>
<li>Ability to create attractive assets in Canva</li>
<li>Skilled at leveraging AI to maximize efficiency of ads tasks</li>
<li>Successful lead generation in Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)</li>
<li>Ability to set up conversion tracking and troubleshoot tags in Google Tag Manager</li>
<li>Experience with CallRail for phone call tracking</li>
