Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute significantly to our team&rsquo;s success.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impressionAnswer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquetteManage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logsPerform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office recordsSupport office management tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and supply inventory oversightUtilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various administrative functionsAssist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when neededProvide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized filing systemsRequirementsProven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management proceduresExcellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry toolsExperience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquetteBilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectivelyStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and clear communication abilitiesAbility to manage time effectively, demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detailJoin us in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our team&rsquo;s operational excellence!
