They should be friendly, empathetic, and patient while addressing patients' needs, queries, and concerns.&#9679; Time management skills: The marketing coordinator must be able to manage their time effectively. They should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage their schedule efficiently.&#9679; Organizational skills: The marketing coordinator must be organized to maintain accurate patient records, appointment schedules, and follow-up calls. They should also be able to manage their work area effectively, keeping it clean and organized.&#9679; Computer skills: A marketing coordinator must be proficient in using a computer, internet, and scheduling software.
