● Strong communication skills: A marketing coordinator must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, prospects, and other team members. They should be able to communicate clearly and confidently, listen actively, and provide clear instructions to patients and prospects.
● Customer service skills: As the first point of contact for patients and prospects, a marketing coordinator should be able to provide excellent customer service. They should be friendly, empathetic, and patient while addressing patients' needs, queries, and concerns.
● Time management skills: The marketing coordinator must be able to manage their time effectively. They should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage their schedule efficiently.
● Organizational skills: The marketing coordinator must be organized to maintain accurate patient records, appointment schedules, and follow-up calls. They should also be able to manage their work area effectively, keeping it clean and organized.
● Computer skills: A marketing coordinator must be proficient in using a computer, internet, and scheduling software. They should be able to navigate various websites, databases, and scheduling systems quickly.
● Sales skills: A marketing coordinator should be able to identify potential sales opportunities and close them effectively. They should be able to upsell and cross-sell services offered by the orthodontic practice.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage and update company website using WordPress or other content management systems
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in copywriting, social media marketing, product management, performance marketing, or related roles
- Proficient in using WordPress, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising sales is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with budgeting for marketing campaigns is preferred
- Knowledge of print advertising is a plus
