Logistics Officer

We&rsquo;re Hiring!We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our new Railway Project in Rahayel, Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.</li><li>Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget compliance throughout all construction stages.</li><li>Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices, claims, and variations.</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations for civil, structural, and MEP works.</li><li>Provide commercial and contractual support to the project management team.</li><li>Assist in risk identification, cost control, and value engineering exercises.</li><li>Prepare progress and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Liaise with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate cost management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil works including track, earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and building construction.</li><li>Experience with fuel storage tanks, fueling systems, and associated facilities is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in cost management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Good knowledge of FIDIC or other standard forms of contract.</li><li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
