Quality Assistant

We're looking for a 【Quality Assistant 】 for Al Rahayel Depot Project based in [Abu Dhabi].

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans

Perform inspections and tests as per project quality standards

Ensure compliance with ISO, project specifications, and client requirements

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, checklists, reports, and NCRs

Coordinate with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams

Assist in internal and external audits and support root cause analysis

Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities

Support QA/QC Manager or Senior QA/QC Officer in daily tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in infrastructure or depot projects

Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and standards (ISO 9001)

Proficient in preparing ITPs, checklists, and inspection reports

Strong communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of construction and safety practices in the UAE is a plus
