We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our clinic&rsquo;s healthcare team. The Nurse will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Care:</li><li>Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.</li><li>Monitor patients&rsquo; conditions, vital signs, and health status.</li><li>Assist patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, and dressing as needed.</li><li>Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.</li><li>Clinical Support:</li><li>Assist in medical procedures, including taking patient histories, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting physicians during exams or minor surgeries.</li><li>Perform diagnostic tests (e.g., blood pressure checks, blood draws, urinalysis).</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and clinic standards.</li><li>Administrative Duties:</li><li>Schedule patient appointments, manage patient flow, and assist in clinic coordination.</li><li>Ensure all medical supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries and provide information on procedures, treatments, and medications.</li><li>Infection Control and Safety:</li><li>Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment.</li><li>Ensure the safe disposal of medical waste and adhere to all health and safety regulations.</li><li>Collaboration and Teamwork:</li><li>Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff.</li><li>Participate in clinic meetings and share best practices to improve patient care and operational efficiency.</li><li>Patient Advocacy:</li><li>Address patient concerns with empathy and confidentiality.</li><li>Ensure that patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up care instructions.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).</li><li>Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [insert country/state].</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.</li><li>Experience in handling medical emergencies and patient triage.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to assess, administer treatments, and monitor patient conditions.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic approach to care.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.</li><li>Certifications:</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.</li><li>Other certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or First Aid may be required based on clinic focus.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.</li><li>Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.</li><li>Occasional lifting of medical equipment or assisting with patient mobility.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Paid time off and sick leave.</li><li>Health insurance (if applicable).</li><li>Professional development opportunities.</li><li>Discounts on medical services (if applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,198.65 - ₹24,404.68 per monthWork Location: In person
