Travel Services CoordinatorPP The Traveller LLC Lusail, QatarPosition Overview PP The Traveller LLC is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Travel Services Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, support client itineraries, and ensure seamless travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple travel requests in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages based on client requirements</li><li>Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure reservations and resolve issues</li><li>Prepare and issue travel itineraries, vouchers, and confirmations</li><li>Assist clients with visa requirements, travel documentation, and insurance arrangements</li><li>Monitor travel schedules and provide real-time updates or changes to clients</li><li>Handle travel disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Previous experience in travel coordination, tourism, or customer service</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Knowledge of international travel procedures and visa processes</li><li>Experience working with corporate or VIP clients</li><li>Multilingual abilities are an advantage</li></ul>About PP The Traveller LLC PP The Traveller LLC is a travel service provider dedicated to creating smooth, reliable, and memorable travel experiences.
