Position Overview
PP The Traveller LLC is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Travel Services Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, support client itineraries, and ensure seamless travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple travel requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages based on client requirements
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure reservations and resolve issues
• Prepare and issue travel itineraries, vouchers, and confirmations
• Assist clients with visa requirements, travel documentation, and insurance arrangements
• Monitor travel schedules and provide real-time updates or changes to clients
• Handle travel disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences
• Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in travel coordination, tourism, or customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of international travel procedures and visa processes
• Experience working with corporate or VIP clients
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
