Campboss & transport coordinator

• Supervise and manage all company staff accommodation units, ensuring they are maintained in a safe, clean, hygienic, and fully functional condition at all times.

• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities, including rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces, and report any maintenance issues to the HR & Administration Manager.

• Coordinate with the Projects & Maintenance Department to ensure all repair and maintenance requests for accommodation units are raised and resolved promptly.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date accommodation register showing room assignments, occupancy status, and employee details for all residents.

• Manage room allocations and reassignments for new joiners, transferred employees, and departing staff in coordination with the HR Department.

• Ensure adequate provision of essential supplies in accommodation units including cleaning materials, bedding, utilities, and basic amenities.

• Enforce accommodation rules and regulations, including curfews, visitor policies, noise control, and cleanliness standards, and report violations to the HR & Administration Manager.

• Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) across all accommodation facilities and report excessive usage or wastage to the HR & Administration Manager.

• Oversee the security and access control of accommodation premises, ensuring the safety of all residents at all times.

• Coordinate with the Food Safety & QA Department to ensure accommodation kitchens and common areas comply with applicable hygiene and health standards.

Address employee complaints and concerns related to accommodation promptly and professionally, escalating unresolved matters to the HR & Administration Manager.
