Salary: QAR 20,000 per month

Job Overview:
Interocean Maldives-Doha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Operations Lead to manage and optimize travel operations across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless travel planning, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining efficient operational processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily travel operations including bookings, itineraries, and logistics coordination
• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, tour providers, and other travel partners
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction across all travel services
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Monitor travel trends, pricing, and availability to optimize offerings
• Lead and mentor travel consultants and operations staff
• Handle complex travel requests, escalations, and VIP client arrangements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international travel regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in travel operations or tourism management
• Strong knowledge of global travel systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
