Freelance Packaging DesignerWe&rsquo;re seeking an experienced freelance packaging designer to create thoughtful, elevated packaging concepts that reflect our brand&rsquo;s aesthetic and guidelines. This is an hourly, hybrid freelance role working closely with our design and production teams to develop packaging that helps bring our product presentation to life.Responsibilities:&middot; Create and execute original/update existing packaging concepts that are both visually compelling and meet project objectives in function, in-store presentation, and cost&middot; Work closely with the design team and production departments to ensure all designs align with brand identity and product specifications.&middot; Develop digital mock-ups and physical prototypes to scale for internal review, testing, and presentation.&middot; Prepare accurate production files, including dyelines, measurements, and print-ready artwork.&middot; Stay current on packaging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies within the sleepwear and underwear market.&middot; Design with cost-efficiency and sustainability in mind, incorporating eco-friendly materials where applicable&middot; Ensure all packaging complies with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and labeling requirements.&middot; Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to evaluate material options and ensure production feasibility.&middot; Iterate and refine designs based on feedback.Requirements:&middot; Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator &amp; Photoshop.&middot; Solid understanding of printing techniques, packaging materials, functionality with a strong sense of color&middot; Portfolio required at time of interview&middot; Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.&middot; Ability to pivot freely between priorities each day&middot; Minimum 4-6 years&rsquo; experience in related roleIf you&rsquo;re passionate about creating packaging that is not only brand right but functional while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Hourly Pay Based on ExperienceStart Date is as soon as possible.Job Type: ContractPay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourWork Location: In person

Freelance Packaging Designer Intimate/Sleepwear Apparel

Assistant DesignerWe&rsquo;re an established company seeking a creative, eager to learn Assistant Designer for our Sleepwear Department with 1-2 years of experience in sleepwear, loungewear, and/or underwear. This role is open to candidates with Men&rsquo;s, Women&rsquo;s, and Kids experience. We work with several brands as well as private label.Responsibilities:&middot; Update CADs, detail sketches, and trims to match any updates in proto and bulk approval&middot; Maintain and organize seasonal binders consisting of CADS and factory submits&middot; Support the preparation of professional presentations with CADS, fabrications, and garment samples for meetings as needed&middot; Facilitate customer/factory/seasonal sample pick up and drop off needs&middot; Assist with seasonal research in the market as it pertains to silhouettes, fabric, trim and prints&middot; Maintain PLM Updates as needed&middot; Create/share all seasonal NuOrder images in the designated folder&middot; Manage priorities and meet design calendar deadlines.Requirements:&middot; Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator &amp; Photoshop.&middot; PLM Experience is a plus&middot; Portfolio required at time of interview&middot; Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.&middot; Ability to pivot freely between priorities each dayIf you&rsquo;re passionate about creating beautiful, trend-right sleepwear and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!In office Monday - Thursday and Friday - work from home*Salary Range: $55k - $65kStart Date is as soon as possible.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
