You&rsquo;ll play a key role in maintaining efficient office management while providing exceptional customer service and support.Duties<ul><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for creating reports, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking.</li><li>Coordinate calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.</li><li>Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.</li><li>Misc Tasks as Assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry as must.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading documents.</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical areana is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks online is a plus</li><li>Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Your expertise in accounting principles, coupled with your proficiency in various accounting software, will empower you to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
