You&rsquo;ll edit videos, manage social media, run ads, oversee the website, and shape our brand across digital platforms. We&rsquo;re a wellness hub dedicated to providing spaces and experiences for transformation through integrating ancient teachings into modern living. We provide flexible, personally tailored yoga teacher training, one-on-one dynamic coaching and healing sessions, connective community events, and weekly insights through our e-newsletter that inspire mindful, meaningful well-being. Additionally, we will soon be a physical yoga studio, retreat space, and educational culture hub with a focus at the intersection of human and environmental rights.Our Mission: Our mission is to foster holistic well-being by integrating spiritual wisdom, ecological responsibility, and compassionate service. As a sibling-led initiative, we are rooted in the values of humility, love, and service. We strive to practice stewardship&mdash;of the Earth, our communities, and our inner lives&mdash;and to create spaces where people can explore the Divine and offer their unique gifts for the good of all.Responsibilities include:&#10004; Website updates &amp; SEO&#10004; Editing videos (short &amp; long-form)&#10004; Managing social media (FB, IG, TikTok, YT, LinkedIn, X)&#10004; Creating 5+ posts/week per platform&#10004; Running paid ads&#10004; Email + newsletter support&#10004; Branding &amp; messaging&#10004; Content strategyYou&rsquo;ll thrive in this role if you:&mdash; Are organized and proactive&mdash; Love creative expression&mdash; Understand social media deeply&mdash; Have strong video editing skills&mdash; Want to help grow a mission-driven organizationHours &amp; Compensation: This is a remote, part-time, contracted role at 9 hours per week (36 hours per month). Compensation is $1,000 per month, which comes to $27.78 per hour.To support consistency across platforms, we ask that you work at least 1 hour per day, Monday&ndash;Friday. Occasional in-person work in San Diego will be required for photo/video shoots and event support.We are a start-up organization and currently in the 501(c)(3) application process!
