Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, site visits, networking, and referrals</li><li>Maintain and update the CRM with new leads and follow-ups</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities</li></ul>2. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties</li><li>Build long-term relationships through regular communication</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image</li></ul>3. Property Presentation &amp; Site Visits<ul><li>Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits</li><li>Present project brochures, floor plans, and availability information</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team for property promotions</li></ul>4. Sales Negotiation &amp; Closing<ul><li>Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms with clients</li><li>Collaborate with legal and documentation teams for agreements</li><li>Ensure timely completion of booking, paperwork, and payment collection</li></ul>5. Market Knowledge &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and market demand</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly sales reports</li><li>Submit feedback from clients to management for strategy improvement</li></ul>6. Coordination with Internal Teams<ul><li>Work with marketing, admin, finance, and operations teams</li><li>Help plan marketing activities, events, or property exhibitions</li><li>Ensure smooth transfer of client files to post-sales teams</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
