Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, site visits, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain and update the CRM with new leads and follow-ups
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Build long-term relationships through regular communication
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image

3. Property Presentation & Site Visits

  • Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits
  • Present project brochures, floor plans, and availability information
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for property promotions

4. Sales Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms with clients
  • Collaborate with legal and documentation teams for agreements
  • Ensure timely completion of booking, paperwork, and payment collection

5. Market Knowledge & Reporting

  • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and market demand
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Submit feedback from clients to management for strategy improvement

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work with marketing, admin, finance, and operations teams
  • Help plan marketing activities, events, or property exhibitions
  • Ensure smooth transfer of client files to post-sales teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
