Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, site visits, networking, and referrals
- Maintain and update the CRM with new leads and follow-ups
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
- Build long-term relationships through regular communication
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image
3. Property Presentation & Site Visits
- Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits
- Present project brochures, floor plans, and availability information
- Coordinate with the marketing team for property promotions
4. Sales Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms with clients
- Collaborate with legal and documentation teams for agreements
- Ensure timely completion of booking, paperwork, and payment collection
5. Market Knowledge & Reporting
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and market demand
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Submit feedback from clients to management for strategy improvement
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with marketing, admin, finance, and operations teams
- Help plan marketing activities, events, or property exhibitions
- Ensure smooth transfer of client files to post-sales teams
