 Role Description
 
 
 
 We are hiring a full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager for an on-site role in Pune. The CRM Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, overseeing customer feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, developing customer retention strategies, managing CRM databases, and analyzing customer data.
