Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager for an on-site role in Pune. The CRM Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, overseeing customer feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, developing customer retention strategies, managing CRM databases, and analyzing customer data. Skilled in customer relationship, drafting agreement, legal documentation, Account handling.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in analyzing customer data and market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation strategies to improve customer retention
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage customer engagement processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is must
