We are seeking an energetic and creative HR Manager (with 1+ years of experience) to lead our textile showroom's staff management. Your primary mission is to build a high-performing sales team and maintain a vibrant, motivated work environment through innovative engagement strategies and weekly team-building activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Talent Acquisition: Identify, interview, and hire skilled sales associates who understand textiles (fabrics, sarees, suiting, etc.) and possess excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Staff Motivation: Develop and implement non-monetary incentive programs, such as &quot;Employee of the Month&quot; or &quot;Top Seller&quot; awards, to keep the team driven.</li><li>Training &amp; Onboarding: Conduct orientation for new hires, focusing on showroom etiquette, product knowledge, and effective upselling techniques.</li><li>Operational HR: Manage daily attendance, shift scheduling (especially during peak festive seasons), and coordinate monthly payroll based on attendance and incentives.</li><li>Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve any internal staff issues and ensure a harmonious workplace culture.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in HR, preferably within the Retail or Hospitality sector.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Creativity: Proven ability to design fun, interactive activities that are both engaging and educational for a diverse team.</li><li>Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate people from various backgrounds.</li><li>Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) for record-keeping.</li></ul>Salary, Growth &amp; Work Time<ul><li>Range: ₹15,000 &ndash; ₹24,000 per month (Final offer will be based on experience and proven ability to handle team dynamics).</li><li>Opportunity: Growth into Senior Management roles as the showroom expands</li><li>Work Time: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Includes 1 hour of Lunch time and 2 tea breaks)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
