Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an energetic and creative HR Manager (with 1+ years of experience) to lead our textile showroom's staff management. Your primary mission is to build a high-performing sales team and maintain a vibrant, motivated work environment through innovative engagement strategies and weekly team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, interview, and hire skilled sales associates who understand textiles (fabrics, sarees, suiting, etc.) and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Staff Motivation: Develop and implement non-monetary incentive programs, such as "Employee of the Month" or "Top Seller" awards, to keep the team driven.
• Training & Onboarding: Conduct orientation for new hires, focusing on showroom etiquette, product knowledge, and effective upselling techniques.
• Operational HR: Manage daily attendance, shift scheduling (especially during peak festive seasons), and coordinate monthly payroll based on attendance and incentives.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve any internal staff issues and ensure a harmonious workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in HR, preferably within the Retail or Hospitality sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Creativity: Proven ability to design fun, interactive activities that are both engaging and educational for a diverse team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate people from various backgrounds.
• Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) for record-keeping.

Salary, Growth & Work Time

• Range: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Final offer will be based on experience and proven ability to handle team dynamics).
• Opportunity: Growth into Senior Management roles as the showroom expands
• Work Time: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Includes 1 hour of Lunch time and 2 tea breaks)
