As we expand our reach in the U.S. market, we&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global team.

Position Overview

The SDR will play a critical role in generating qualified leads and booking discovery meetings with U.S.-based prospects. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B technology sales processes, and a passion for life sciences. You&rsquo;ll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to build a high-quality pipeline and lay the foundation for client relationships.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prospect U.S.-based life sciences companies via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest and set qualified meetings.</li>
<li>Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and content downloads.</li>
<li>Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect fit and qualify interest.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing to tailor outbound campaigns for key personas (e.g., IT leaders, quality heads, clinical ops, regulatory affairs).</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM (Salesforce).</li>
<li>Work with U.S.-based account executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support sales motions.</li>
<li>Provide regular activity updates and performance metrics to sales management.</li>
<li>Conduct company and contact research to personalize outreach and improve targeting.</li>
<li>Assist in creating email templates, call scripts, and outreach cadences.</li>
<li>Represent the company in a professional and consultative manner.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a B2B Sales Development or Lead Generation role.</li>
<li>Experience selling or prospecting into U.S. markets, ideally in enterprise technology or consulting services.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written US English communication skills.</li>
<li>Good understanding of US business culture and language.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo).</li>
<li>Previous experience in or exposure to life sciences, pharma, or biotech industry is a big plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable giving introductory company overviews and supporting product/service demos.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset&mdash;comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Pardot.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Prior experience working remotely or in global sales teams.</li>
<li>Background in SaaS, IT consulting, regulated industries (life sciences, healthcare, etc.).</li>
<li>Exposure to Veeva, Medidata, Salesforce, or similar life sciences platforms.</li>
<li>Experience working in Life Sciences space a plus.</li>
