Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join our upscale Mediterranean lounge and grill. In this vibrant role, you will craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and create a memorable experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while delivering top-tier hospitality in a dynamic setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions</li><li>Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering bar stock</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, upscale lounges, or similar hospitality environments</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience working in nightclub or banquet settings is a plus</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating drink recipes accurately</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws</li></ul>Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets the opportunity to create unforgettable moments!
