Bartenders needed for upscale mediterranean lounge and Grill

Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join our upscale Mediterranean lounge and grill. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions
• Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering bar stock

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, upscale lounges, or similar hospitality environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in nightclub or banquet settings is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating drink recipes accurately
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws
