Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for the development of new and existing suppliers and products. The role involves close coordination with suppliers engaged in Machining (CNC &amp; Conventional), Fabrication, and Ready Bought Outs (both MNC and local vendors).Key Responsibilities:Supplier &amp; Product Development:<ul><li>Develop and qualify new suppliers and continuously improve existing ones.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage product development activities across machining, fabrication, and ready bought-out categories.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Quality Management:<ul><li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to company quality standards.</li><li>Resolve quality and delivery-related issues promptly.</li><li>Ensure suppliers comply with company requirements and specifications.</li></ul>Cost Control:<ul><li>Drive cost-reduction initiatives and value engineering projects.</li><li>Analyze purchase history and identify opportunities for cost savings.</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Demonstrate sound understanding of manufacturing processes and technical specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to ensure supplier capability and product feasibility.</li></ul>Software Proficiency:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and other standard office software.</li></ul>Negotiation &amp; Communication Skills:<ul><li>Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and maintain supplier relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.</li></ul>Organizational Skills:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Interested candidates may share their updated CV at:hr01@prasadgroup.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;55,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
