Core responsibilities<ul><li>Patient care: Assess patient health, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and assist with personal hygiene and comfort.</li><li>Collaboration: Coordinate care with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including symptoms, medical history, and treatment progress.</li><li>Patient and family education: Provide information and counseling to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.</li><li>Assisting medical staff: Help doctors during examinations and medical procedures, and participate in rounds with physicians and other staff.</li><li>Compliance and safety: Ensure all care meets healthcare regulations and standards, and contribute to a safe and clean working environment.</li><li>Assist with admissions and discharges.</li><li>Participate in health education programs and in-service training.</li><li>Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.</li><li>Manage ward supplies, including tracking dangerous drugs and keeping inventories.</li></ul>Qualification- GNM/BscExperience - 1-2 yearsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
