<div></div><div><div><div><div><p>The Field Officer will execute the project of Locally lead Adaptation in district Thatta, overseeing project activities, fostering collaboration among team members, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project deliverables.</p>

</div></div></div><p>Job duties and responsibilities</p>

<div></div><div><div><div><div><p>Specific Duties</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Mobilize communities to ensure their ownership and active involvement to project activities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Build capacity of community-based organizations (CBOs) through on-job support and structured trainings so that they can play their active role in project implementation.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure the implementation of agreed community actions on ground by getting engagement of community members.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure equal or acceptable participation of women and children in planned activities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Build linkages with local stakeholders for experience sharing and support-if needed.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Timely report field progress and issues with suggested solutions to management.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Do online trainings to enhance personal learning of project concepts/themes i.e. climate change adaptation, environment friendly community-based initiatives etc.</p>

<li><p>Assist project management in recording learnings of implementation.</p></li></ul><br>
