<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree/ Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance;</li><li>Proven experience (5+ years), preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Focus on Cost, inventory,</li><li>Manage GL, oversee journal entries, perform timely reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, balance sheet).</li><li>Ensure tax compliance (GST, TDS), coordinate internal/external audits, and maintain strong internal controls.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Collaborative approach: Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to understand financial implications and support decision-making.</li><li>Honest, Disciplined and hardworking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
