Sr. Accounts Officer

• Bachelor's Degree/ Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Proven experience (5+ years), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Focus on Cost, inventory,
• Manage GL, oversee journal entries, perform timely reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, balance sheet).
• Ensure tax compliance (GST, TDS), coordinate internal/external audits, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborative approach: Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to understand financial implications and support decision-making.
• Honest, Disciplined and hardworking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
