Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool Lead Teacher or Supervisor to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children while advancing your career in early education.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise preschool classrooms, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods</li><li>Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and daily lesson plans to support childhood development goals</li><li>Collaborate with staff to plan activities that promote social-emotional growth, early intervention strategies, and special education needs</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children&rsquo;s progress, milestones, and classroom events</li><li>Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, standardized testing protocols, and child welfare standards</li><li>Support staff training in classroom management techniques, curriculum development, and early childhood best practices</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting with classroom management skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies</li><li>Experience in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods</li><li>Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive teaching practices for diverse learners</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners</li><li>Ability to lead a team of educators while maintaining high standards of childcare quality</li><li>Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is preferred</li><li>Prior experience in private school environments or daycare centers is advantageous</li></ul>Join us to lead the next generation of learners with enthusiasm and expertise!
