Preschool Lead Teacher or Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool Lead Teacher or Supervisor to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment. Duties

  • Lead and supervise preschool classrooms, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
  • Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and daily lesson plans to support childhood development goals
  • Collaborate with staff to plan activities that promote social-emotional growth, early intervention strategies, and special education needs
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and classroom events
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, standardized testing protocols, and child welfare standards
  • Support staff training in classroom management techniques, curriculum development, and early childhood best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting with classroom management skills
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies
  • Experience in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
  • Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive teaching practices for diverse learners
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners
  • Ability to lead a team of educators while maintaining high standards of childcare quality
  • Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is preferred
  • Prior experience in private school environments or daycare centers is advantageous
