All positions are paid, including internships, and offer a chance to grow your career in a vibrant workplace.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, managing multi-line phone systems with efficiency and courtesy</li><li>Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide exceptional customer support using phone etiquette and strong communication skills</li><li>Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events to optimize office productivity</li><li>Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and ensure all documents are proofread for clarity and accuracy</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence</li><li>Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative operations</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and manage invoices</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks</li><li>Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual skills preferred to assist diverse clients and team members effectively</li><li>Experience in customer service or customer support roles that highlight excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of office management practices including filing, data entry, calendar management, and proofreading</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required; we value organizational skills and time management above all</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talents shine!
