Precision Group, a 41-year old manufacturer of plastic injection molds and products, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with 5-10 years of experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred and ability to write in Spanish is preferred. A strong work ethic is a quality we look for, and also being a team player, loyalty, and one who seeks employment longevity. Pre-employment drug test is required.Must have extensive knowledge of Excel and Word, have extensive accounting experience, job costing experience is a plus, strong attention to detail, have good communication skills and ability to multi-task.Bookkeeping experience is required. Billing knowledge/experience is required and familiarity with chart of accounts, and also verifying and recording invoices, data entry of invoices, maintaining lists and databases.
