<div>JOB CONTENT 
To ensure that all machines electrical &amp; mechanical installations in the assigned dept. are in efficient working order with minimum down time. 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li> 
 Having knowledge doing general, predictive and preventive maintenance of all Injection &amp; Blow Moulding, thermoforming machines &amp; accessories machines allocated &amp; giving report to superiors.</li><li> 
 Attend to break downs and resolve issues related to Electricals, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic areas ensuring minimal loss of production time. Basic knowledge of Utilities like air compressors &amp; AC&rsquo;s &amp; Chillers required checking &amp; correcting.</li><li> 
 To make alternative arrangements in consultation with the superiors, in case of major breakdown of motors, pumps, electric parts breakdown and other heavy machinery parts.</li><li> 
 To ensure generation and maintenance of records, job cards, etc. for repair works undertaken on various equipment and other machineries.</li><li> 
 To provide assistance in all matters to the superior and give workable suggestions on process / machinery / efficiency improvements</li><li> 
 To ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas involved and works undertaken</li><li> 
 To ensure that safety regulations in respect of all equipment repairs are strictly followed in all circumstances.</li><li> 
 Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System with strict adherence to ISO and local regulatory authority.</li><li> 
 Ensure that all records and documents are up to date and have full traceability and retrieval at all times and that all processes, procedures &amp; activities comply with ISO and management procedures.</li><li> 
 To ensure that all company operational and ethical practices and policies are adhered to at all times.</li><li> 
 Perform any other job/task assigned by the Maintenance Executive to accomplish department objectives.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Requirements</h3>
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 
Education/ Qualifications<ul><li> 
 Diploma in Engineering (more than 3 years) preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering &amp; Electromechanical is an added advantage</li></ul> 
Experience<ul><li> 
 3 to 5 years &amp; above of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably plastic/packaging industry.</li></ul> 
Functional Skills &amp; Specific Knowledge<ul><li> 
 Knowledge in reading of electrical, hydraulic &amp; pneumatic circuits &amp; mechanical drawings.</li><li> 
 Ability to optimize the spare parts</li><li> 
 Logical &amp; Analytical skills in problem solving</li></ul></div><div></div>

Technician - Maintenance

<div>Production Planning &amp; Scheduling:<ul><li> 
 Develop daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with Sales and Production teams.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Monitor job orders, prioritize them based on delivery commitments and available resources.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with accuracy.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Prepare and release all necessary documentations such as process flow sheets, etc., to the shop floor for efficient and effective production planning &amp; control.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> In liaison with the production team prepare production plan to ensure the delivery schedule meets customer requirements.</li></ul> 
Coordination &amp; Communication:<ul><li> 
 Act as a bridge between Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Liaise with the production team to identify capacity constraints and reschedule accordingly.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Support the S&amp;OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process by providing inputs and forecasts.</li></ul> 
Inventory &amp; Material Planning:<ul><li> 
 Track inventory levels and suggest replenishments to meet production demand.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Monitor the consumption of raw materials and ensure alignment with planned usage.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in collaboration with Quality and Production teams.</li></ul> 
System &amp; Data Management:<ul><li> 
 Maintain production-related data in Oracle ERP and ensure accurate job postings.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Ensure that man-hours used on machineries are recorded timely and accurately by the production team including inputs on extra work and verify it with related records.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Supports Master Data Governance as it relates to Operations Master Data within Oracle ERP.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Analyze production reports, downtime logs, and performance trends to support decision-making.</li></ul> 
Operational Support:<ul><li> 
 Assist in scheduling machine usage to optimize capacity and overall plant performance.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Ensure new product developments/trials and all work orders are planned, scheduled and produced on time to maximise performance and minimise delay.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all production-related records.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li> Track and report shift schedules, man-hours, and productivity metrics.</li></ul> 
Compliance &amp; Safety:<ul><li>

Executive – Planning

<div>JOB CONTENT 
Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiations, credit term and buying of raw materials, consumable items, spare parts, etc. and expediting orders to meet the scheduled delivery for Precision in a cost effective manner.<div></div> 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li> 
 Assist in identifying procurement needs from stakeholders and compiling material specifications to support timely and cost-effective purchasing.</li><li> 
 Collect product samples, brochures, and supplier information, and coordinate approvals for dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li> 
 Support the preparation and issuance of requests for quotations (RFQs), perform basic bid comparisons, and compile payment terms for review and approval.</li><li> 
 Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms (e.g., payment, delivery) under the guidance of the Line Manager.</li><li> 
 Obtain necessary approvals, raise purchase orders with selected suppliers, and follow up to ensure timely delivery as per agreed terms and conditions.</li><li> 
 Coordinate supplier meetings to address service levels and explore new sourcing opportunities in collaboration with the Line Manager.</li><li> 
 Assist in identifying maintenance contractors, renewing existing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.</li><li> 
 Monitor contract performance, including delivery, warranty issues, and compliance with terms, and escalate concerns as needed.</li><li> 
 Prepare basic reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market trends for review by the Line Manager.</li><li> 
 Collaborate with user departments to understand procurement requirements, gather feedback, and ensure smooth execution of procurement tasks.</li><li> 
 Organize and support the sale and disposal of scrap, obsolete, or salvage items.</li><li> 
 Track outstanding contracts, payment issues, and other procurement-related matters, and ensure timely resolution with relevant internal and external parties.</li><li> 
 Coordinate customs clearance processes for imported shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.</li><li> 
 Act as a point of contact between end-user departments and suppliers to address queries and resolve minor issues.</li><li> 
 Support the implementation &amp; maintenance of procurement systems and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.</li><li> 
 Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Food Safety, HACCP and Environmental requirements as specified under the company&rsquo;s QHSE Management System and local regulations.</li><li> 
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records with full traceability, adhering to ISO, BRCGS and internal management procedures.</li><li> 
 Create knowledgebase and support knowledge and information sharing on procurement matters.</li><li>

Requirements</h3>
Education/ Qualifications<ul><li> 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field is preferred.</li><li> 
 Additional training or knowledge in materials management is an advantage.</li></ul>

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in manufacturing or a related industry.</li><li> 
 Exposure to handling procurement of materials such as plastic products, machinery, and accessories is beneficial.</li></ul> 
Functional Skills &amp; Specific Knowledge<ul><li> 
 Basic understanding of Quality and ERP systems and procedures.</li><li> 
 Familiarity with contract negotiation and completion processes.</li><li> 
 Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
