BOOKKEEPER FULL CHARGE

Precision Group, a 41-year old manufacturer of plastic injection molds and products, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with 5-10 years of experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred and ability to write in Spanish is preferred. A strong work ethic is a quality we look for, and also being a team player, loyalty, and one who seeks employment longevity. Pre-employment drug test is required.

Must have extensive knowledge of Excel and Word, have extensive accounting experience, job costing experience is a plus, strong attention to detail, have good communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Bookkeeping experience is required. Billing knowledge/experience is required and familiarity with chart of accounts, and also verifying and recording invoices, data entry of invoices, maintaining lists and databases. Excellent phone etiquette is also required.

Have experience with scanning documents, filing hard copies and general office tasks.
