Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a variety of related skills, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and masonry. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and materials, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Installer will be responsible for executing installations with precision and ensuring high-quality workmanship on all projects.Duties<ul><li>Perform installations of various structures and fixtures according to project specifications.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.</li><li>Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements.</li><li>Execute tasks related to carpentry, including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing.</li><li>Engage in masonry work as needed for restoration or remodeling projects.</li><li>Handle concrete forming and tile laying tasks with attention to detail.</li><li>Apply caulking and stucco finishes where required.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Lift heavy materials as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to installation tasks.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Experience in various trades such as plumbing, welding, fabrication, restoration, and remodeling is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>A maintenance person experience is a plus for versatility in handling diverse installation tasks.
