Siding Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a variety of related skills, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and masonry. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and materials, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Installer will be responsible for executing installations with precision and ensuring high-quality workmanship on all projects.

Duties

• Perform installations of various structures and fixtures according to project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements.
• Execute tasks related to carpentry, including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing.
• Engage in masonry work as needed for restoration or remodeling projects.
• Handle concrete forming and tile laying tasks with attention to detail.
• Apply caulking and stucco finishes where required.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Lift heavy materials as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to installation tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience in various trades such as plumbing, welding, fabrication, restoration, and remodeling is highly desirable.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
