Company OverviewPrecision Set Fine Jewelry Works is a Dallas-based luxury jewelry manufacturer with nearly 40 years of heritage crafting heirloom-quality engagement rings and fine jewelry.We design, manufacture, and distribute our collections entirely in-house, partnering with leading luxury retailers across the United States.Our production team combines traditional bench craftsmanship with modern manufacturing techniques to produce some of the highest quality jewelry in the industry.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler specializing in clean-up and pre-polish of castings to join our production team. This is a full-time, in-house bench position working with gold and platinum jewelry in a professional manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Clean up and refine raw cast jewelry components</li><li>Pre-polish pieces in preparation for final polishing and stone setting</li><li>Remove casting sprues and excess metal</li><li>Smooth and prepare surfaces using hand tools and polishing equipment</li><li>Ensure pieces meet quality standards before moving to the next production stage</li><li>Work with gold and platinum jewelry components</li><li>Maintain consistency and quality across production batches</li><li>Collaborate with other departments including polishing and stone setting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years bench jeweler experience</li><li>Experience cleaning up raw cast jewelry</li><li>Experience working with gold and platinum</li><li>Strong hand fabrication and finishing skills</li><li>Proficiency with jewelry bench tools and polishing equipment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in a jewelry manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience with laser welding</li><li>Experience preparing pieces for stone setting</li><li>Ability to work efficiently within a production workflow</li></ul>Language Skills We welcome applicants who speak:<ul><li>English</li><li>Spanish</li><li>Vietnamese</li></ul>Multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
