Role Overview:The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of operational and reservation activities, ensuring seamless service delivery in line with Preimo Urban Mobility&rsquo;s luxury standards. This role acts as the operational backbone, enforcing SOPs, quality standards, and compliance across the team. The ideal candidate comes from a high-end service background, such as luxury chauffeur services or 5-star hotels (Front Office or Concierge supervision), with a keen eye for detail and quality.This position requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a proactive approach to escalations, audits, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring all bookings, vehicle allocations, and chauffeur deployments are executed efficiently.</li><li>Monitor reservations workflow to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and service excellence.</li><li>Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Standards Enforcement:<ul><li>Conduct regular audits of reservations, chauffeur performance, vehicle readiness, and client interactions.</li><li>Identify service gaps and implement corrective measures immediately.</li><li>Maintain high standards in vehicle presentation, chauffeur conduct, and client-facing operations.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Lead and mentor the operations and reservations teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and performance expectations.</li><li>Conduct training sessions to enhance service quality, SOP compliance, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Reservations, Chauffeurs, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Escalation &amp; Issue Management:<ul><li>Handle client complaints, operational disruptions, and escalations promptly and professionally.</li><li>Make decisions under pressure to prevent service failures and maintain client satisfaction.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.</li><li>Track KPIs including booking accuracy, service compliance, chauffeur performance, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Recommend process improvements based on operational trends and audit findings.</li></ul>Process &amp; Compliance Development:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and operational workflows.</li><li>Ensure all reservations, changes, and operational activities are accurately documented in systems.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling VIP client information.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury chauffeur services, 5-star hotel operations, concierge, or front office management.</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for service quality.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in operations and reservations software; knowledge of LimoAnywhere or similar systems is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to multitask in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to operational challenges.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with discretion and professional conduct at all times.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
