Role Overview:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of operational and reservation activities, ensuring seamless service delivery in line with Preimo Urban Mobility’s luxury standards. This role acts as the operational backbone, enforcing SOPs, quality standards, and compliance across the team. The ideal candidate comes from a high-end service background, such as luxury chauffeur services or 5-star hotels (Front Office or Concierge supervision), with a keen eye for detail and quality.

This position requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a proactive approach to escalations, audits, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring all bookings, vehicle allocations, and chauffeur deployments are executed efficiently.
  • Monitor reservations workflow to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Quality & Standards Enforcement:

  • Conduct regular audits of reservations, chauffeur performance, vehicle readiness, and client interactions.
  • Identify service gaps and implement corrective measures immediately.
  • Maintain high standards in vehicle presentation, chauffeur conduct, and client-facing operations.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor the operations and reservations teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and performance expectations.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance service quality, SOP compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with Reservations, Chauffeurs, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Escalation & Issue Management:

  • Handle client complaints, operational disruptions, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Make decisions under pressure to prevent service failures and maintain client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including booking accuracy, service compliance, chauffeur performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Recommend process improvements based on operational trends and audit findings.

Process & Compliance Development:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Ensure all reservations, changes, and operational activities are accurately documented in systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling VIP client information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury chauffeur services, 5-star hotel operations, concierge, or front office management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for service quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operations and reservations software; knowledge of LimoAnywhere or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Customer-focused mindset with discretion and professional conduct at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
