Key ResponsibilitiesWith three years of experience, a lab technician is expected to be proficient and capable of handling complex tasks and potentially assisting with training or supervision.<ul><li>Sample Management: Collect, receive, label, safely store, and prepare biological, chemical, or environmental samples for testing.</li><li>Testing and Analysis: Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests and experiments following established procedures.</li><li>Equipment Handling: Set up, operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, performing troubleshooting as needed.</li><li>Data and Reporting: Record test results accurately, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for senior staff or management.</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Safety: Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory protocols (such as GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice or NABL standards) to ensure product integrity, quality control, and a safe work environment.</li><li>Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock and resources, and properly dispose of hazardous materials.</li><li>Collaboration: Work effectively with a team, which may include assisting scientists, engineers, or medical personnel, and providing guidance to junior staff or students.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: A diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Medical Lab Technology,</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting (hospital, diagnostic center, ).</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory procedures, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical or industry-specific terminologies.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently or in a team, good interpersonal skills, and effective written and verbal communication.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,086.00 - &#8377;26,284.95 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
