Qualification Master&rsquo;s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.International Certifications in Education is requiredExperience<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an educational context.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Lead Trainer in conducting in-person training workshops for English teachers in line with the approved training methodology and schedule.</li><li>Assist in demonstrating AI tools for language instruction, including reading, writing, assessment, and classroom interaction activities.</li><li>Support mentoring and observation activities by assisting in follow-up coaching sessions and documenting feedback during classroom visits.</li><li>Assist in assessing training effectiveness by compiling lesson observations, participation data, and contributing to refinement of instructional approaches.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: Rs5,000.00 per dayWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 01/05/2025
