Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 18 years of education in Education, Curriculum Development, Policy, or related fields</li><li>10+ years of experience in FLN programs / curriculum / education reform / training systems</li><li>Experience in Program design, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation, Education systems strengthening</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducting classroom observations to assess teacher performance, the application of training materials, and the integration of AI tools into teaching practices.</li><li>Providing one-on-one mentoring and coaching to teachers, offering constructive feedback, addressing challenges, and supporting their continuous professional growth.</li><li>Supporting teachers in effectively using the LMS and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning in their classrooms.</li><li>Monitoring the progress of teachers during follow-up visits and ensuring they are applying learned content in the classroom context.</li><li>Collaborating with Master Trainers to ensure consistency in training implementation and adapting strategies based on field observations.</li><li>Leading in Baseline Student Assessment activity and the final student assessment activity</li><li>Collect data for ongoing student and teacher evaluations, including conducting post-training assessments and gathering feedback from teachers on the training program&rsquo;s effectiveness.</li><li>Providing regular reports on the progress of teachers, including challenges, successes, and any further support needed.</li><li>Supporting the transition of training content into real-time classroom practices and helping teachers adjust their pedagogical methods as needed.</li><li>Ensuring teachers are confident in using technology and AI-based teaching strategies to improve student learning outcomes.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Select from the below locations: Tarnol, Nilore, Sihala, Bara Kahu, Urban I, Urban II</li></ul>Work Location: In person
