Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) Master Trainers

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 16–18 years of education in Education or relevant discipline
• Teacher training / education programs
• Proven experience in training delivery, coaching, or capacity building
• FLN frameworks
• Pedagogy and classroom practices

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for FLN Fellows and teachers
• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and classroom support
• Ensure standardized training quality across schools
• Training materials
• Lesson plans
• Teaching strategies
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
• Support program teams in improving instructional quality
