Incubator Trainer

Job Description:

Enablers Karachi is hiring an Incubator Trainer who will be responsible for training and mentoring students in entrepreneurship, business skills, and startup development. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions and help students develop practical skills for launching and managing startups.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for students
• Teach entrepreneurship and startup basics
• Guide students in idea generation and business planning
• Deliver workshops on communication, marketing, and freelancing skills
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Create simple training materials and activities
• Encourage practical learning and project-based tasks

Requirements:

• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring students
• Knowledge of startups, freelancing, or business development
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation:

• Percentage-based income share model
• Earnings will be calculated on student enrollment
• Details will be discussed during the interview

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal
