Trainer / Product Support Executive

Hiring "Trainer" for a GDS distribution company. Candidates with prior experience of travel agencies using ticketing software like Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus are encouraged to apply. Minimum 2 years of experience is required for the position.

Note: Major requirement of the job would be to conduct training sessions of our Product.

Trainer- ISB – JD:

· Candidate should have a prior experience with Travel agency

· Conducting basic and advance training.

· Conducting onsite sessions where it requires.

· Conducting online session once in a week.

· Helpdesk support after training.

· Product sessions in house.

· Product presentation in workshops.

· Maintain Customer and Training Data

Expertise:

· Should be proficient with MS office.

· Should be a Galileo user/ relevant certification is required

· Excellent communication skills required

· Should be confident

· Adaptability to read the room, and coaching/feedback to measure participant growth.

· Tech and AI proficiency
